Jaqui’ Foundation utilizes the collective professional skills, leadership, knowledge, and commitment of its Board and staff to provide programs and activities for at-risk children, youth, and families in need to help build their communities.
Through our mentoring program we match young adults with professionals so that the young people can learn as much as possible by observing, listening, asking questions, and taking notes.
We provide the tools, guidance, and education for these young adults to help them to make good and sound personal and career choices that will result in positive contributions to their community, society, and workplaces.
All of our facilitators and speakers, and mentors are selected based on their experiences, skills, and commitment.
A program that provides emergency housing for Developmentally Disabled adults and their families that includes fully furnished rooms in a house setting. Breakfast, snack, and dinner are offered, and length of stay and fees are negotiable.
Distributing hot meals to homeless people at various locations in the community. Food bank will be developed in the near future.
We offer information and classes on health and personal development, make referrals to community agencies and providers, provide lists of community resources, and operate a homeless food drive.
